I tried to cancel my as per the rep told me that I will be able to cancel my subsections two days before the next month period starts. I called the office today. I was told that I won't be able to cancel it for one more month. This is very dishonest of them. They should have told me that I need to subscribe for at least two months.

We regret any misunderstanding about your plan. We work very hard to ensure that our staff clearly explains all of the policies to our patients in order to avoid a situation such as this.
Our Wellness Plan gives patients 4 adjustments a month for only $89 - our best deal on regular care. Per our membership agreement, your plan has a 2 month minimum that then continues month to month until you request cancellation and turn in the proper form. Due to the medical nature and privacy standards of your account, this is usually required to be done in person, but we are always here to help successfully cancel if you are not able to make it into the clinic.
While we greatly apologize if our wellness coordinator didn't properly communicate our minimum month policy, all patients who choose to take advantage of one of our plans do agree to all terms of the plan in writing before the commencement of any billing. Copies of these agreements, which get taken home with every new member, clearly state how the plan works, how it is billed, our refund policy, and our cancellation policy.
With that being said, we continually strive for great customer service and we will work to ensure that we are being transparent with our plans, which allow us to provide our care for a very discounted rate. Signing up for chiropractor care was THE BEST thing I have ever done! The staff and Dr. Carlos are amazing! I have even referred my brother and his wife for care. I do a lot of traveling and I've gone to offices in Florida and the result is the same- great providers and great customer service!

I do NOT recommend doing any business with this location. On my first visit I purchased a package of adjustments and later discovered I was deceived into buying an ongoing "wellness" membership. When I called to get a refund they refused and said I was more than welcome to proceed with suing them. In my opinion this is a business to stay far away from!

Wasted an hour of my time with no apology. So disrespectful. I called and made an appointment over the phone for 10:30am. The confirmation showed up as 11am which I decided to not make a big deal of even though I was not told the time was different from what I had scheduled over the phone. So the 30min scheduled appointment was 11-11:30am. I showed up fifteen minutes early to sign the forms for a new patient. At 11:30 I went back to the desk to ask why I had now been waiting the entire duration of my scheduled appointment and was basically told "well the first 15mins are forms anyway. There's one person left before you so it should be 5-10mins more" to which I explained that actually I had arrived 15mins early and therefore had been kept waiting for 45mins. I waited 15mins more and then informed the front desk I will not be coming back.

As a new patient, your initial visit takes longer (around 30 minutes) due to the initial paperwork, consultation, exam, and adjustment. We apologize for not explaining that other patients may be seen before you so that the doctor could focus their time on you during your more time-intensive initial visit.

Paperwork took the most time. Not sure if there is a way to fill out online or using an iPad to speed it up. Staff and owner was very nice and answered all questions. They were not pushy at all when trying to get me to sign up! Let me go home and think about it without trying to force me into a contract. Adjustment went well and was informative. Will definitely go back for another visit.
