Fastsigns

Really wanted to give this 5 stars but the customer service here is very poor. Initially quoted for a sign and I specifically requested double-sided printing and paid extra for expedited service. I paid in full upfront. Later I receive an email charging over $25 more for printing double-sided.

Not to mention they told me they would call me when my sign was ready. The next day - no phone call. Eventually I contacted them and they advised me they can't always call for expedited service when ready - not what I was told initially.

They do great work if you're willing to put up with changing prices and subpar communication.

When a gift I ordered for a retirement celebration was delayed unexpectedly I was in a race to find someone to print a canvas sign. I googled for local places and found Fastsigns. They responded right away with a proof and Nick worked to create the sign immediately for me. He was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful. They even moved the delivery date up and I was able to give the gift on time. So thankful to Fastsigns and their team, they were outstanding and I really appreciate their kindness and hard work.

Kirby and his team did an excellent job for me. They had to go the extra mile for me on a problematic job I sent them. They made it look like there was no problem at all. I live across the country but I was treated as if I was a local. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are great and extremely easy to work with. They have made us vinyl outside banners of all kinds, aluminum signs for buildings and even reverse transparent logos for our doors. Howard's experience in this area really made me feel like my projects (and hours of design) were in great hands.

They call to ask a question BEFORE there might be an issue- that's what I like about this location. If they pull the artwork or project up and see there may be an issue they will call with suggestions and try to make sure you get exactly what you expect.

I've been a customer for three years and I can already project two more projects we will use them for this fall.

FastSigns Alexandria, Store #131, deserves each of the 5 stars I give them.

While I'm no longer in the Alexandria area, when I was there, my signs from FastSigns of Alexandria were always immaculate and built to spec. Kirby is a pro!

We contacted the Alexandria shop for a sign removal project. Howard was in charge of the project; he was very helpful, professional and efficient. Not only did Fast SIgns do a great (and fast) job but they were two thirds less expensive than the other estimate we got. Great job!

Fast Signs did an amazing job on my order and in a timely fashion. While I realize they do a lot of corporate work, this was for a private party. I needed some decorations, etc. and Fast Signs of Alexandria really came through. Their design team delivered exactly what I wanted. The signs look incredible and will really help make the party. Fast Signs has been printing our swim team logos for the past several years. They has always delivered the highest quality product on time and within budget. They took the time to listen to our needs, figured out what worked best for us, and delivered. Their customer service was so outstanding, I will not hesitate to go back for additional work. Highly recommend these guys. They know what they are doing.
