At Delia’s, we offer creative, elevated food in a relaxed neighborhood setting. Our seasonal menu utilizes local farms and includes brick oven pizza, house made pastas, and Greek and Italian dishes made from scratch with an American twist. Serving Lunch, Dinner. We offer seasonal craft cocktails, an expertly-curated wine list, and an extensive range of craft and local beers with a rotating tap selection. Happy Hour is 7 days week at our cozy bar and our extensive large patio.

It's been a good minute since I got wind of this spot. I finally showed up after they have been tagging me for over a year!! Guess what? I should've showed up over a year ago!! Let's GO!!

Their Saganaki (with Keflograviera cheese, lemon, brandy, & it's Flambéed tableside $13). STAMP!! A fragrant woody cheese, CHEESY with the pitas...YEAH!
Their Pizza Knuckles (pizza rolls with mozzarella, pepperoni, cucumber sauce, & marinara $14). LIKE THAT!! Be careful it's an appetizer you can get full off of!!
Their Herb Grilled Wings (8 wings glazed in chipotle honey sauce, sweet vinaigrette, & their parsley cucumber sauce $14). STAMP!! Meaty, sticky sweet, smoky, & spicy!!
Their Delia's Burger (an angus burger with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, & fries $17). DELICIOUS. Everything was here!! Medium burger...just needed more flavor.
Their Beef Lasagna (with beef bolognese, ricotta, & a bechamel mozzarella $21). STAMP!! Perfectly seasoned beef, & sauce, hearty...GET THIS!
Their Seafood Asparagi (with penne pasta, scallops, shrimp, crab meat, in a Rosé sauce $29). STAMP!! Creamy, flavorful, & fresh!!
Their Half n Half (Arnold Palmer $3). DECENT. I tasted the tea powder in this.

Delia's is conveniently located across from the IMAX theater, so my friend and I got a small bite to eat. We decided to grab a spot at the bar and luckily they had a happy hour menu. The bar area is cozy (= small) but is friendly and has TVs playing sports.
The bartender serves the bar and the few high top tables, so he had a lot on his hands but was prompt and had great suggestions for us.
We went with two items on their happy hour menu, so I don't think they are on the regular menu. Spicy chorizo flatbread pizza and the mini gyros. Both were tasty but the winner was the pizza. I would imagine that their full sized pizzas are amazing. The mini gyros were flavorful, but the crispiness of the pitas made it difficult to eat by hand. Wish they were soft pitas.
I really liked Delia's and since they are so convenient to the theater, plan on making it my regular pre-movie spot.

I came here for a mid-week lunch with several colleagues from work. They don't have a separate lunch menu so some of the options included full plates (and full prices). They had a range of salads and a few sandwiches to choose from. I had the chicken souvlaki sandwich with a side salad. The salad was generous (for a side) with a nice creamy vinaigrette dressing served on the side. The sandwich was served in a warm pita with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, onions, a creamy dill dressing, and the grilled chicken. The chicken was all white meat and nicely grilled. The pieces were quite large so it was difficult to eat as a sandwich without cutting the chicken.
The server was quite attentive and made sure our order was processed quickly so we were not late for our afternoon meetings.
The ambiance was conducive to a work lunch. Six of us were able to sit together, and we could hear each other without too much difficulty.

This a wonderful restaurant with many different choices. I had a salad with pear, feta and nuts that was very tasty and fresh. Our party if 12 ordered a variety of dishes and commented on how good they were. The service and ambiance were very good. We needed separate checks and that was accommodated well. I plan to return and other items on the menu

The calamari was good, but a bit too soft for my taste. My husband got the gyro and he did not like it. I would be open with trying this restaurant out again in the future, but just ordering other things on the menu instead.

Spanish Octopus absolutely delicious
Choro pizza very good
I scooped up the leftover sauce from the Octopus and put it on my pizza.. mmm mmmh!

Scoped this place out from Yelp reviews. The Happy Hour options are what brought me in. Really easy to find (just look for the CVS).
Fairly small but intimate and comfy bar. Same can be said for the outside seating and inside dining options. Wouldn't recommend for big parties but perfect for 2-4 people. Apparently I was not the only one there for the Happy Hour. Happy Hour is from 5-7, and they offer all their draft beers for $5 plus specialty cocktails for around $7. There is also a Happy Hour menu.
I did the blood orange Hefeweizen (amazing, get it!) and a Kolsch (which was also good). The Maxwell flatbread and truffle fries were spot on and just enough to fill me up. I realized I was an idiot for paying $12 for microwaved flatbread pizza at my hotel.

Super yummy menu! Mediterranean done right! The menu has something for everyone. We ordered the hummus and pita chips . It was so creamy. We also ordered the gyro salad and loved it too. 'My husband ordered the hamburger and he really liked it also. Great service and great for large groups!

I like that we were able to get a table easily for a a group of 8 of us. They sat us in a quiet part of the restaurant so we were able to talk to one another easily.
