Alma is amazing. I brought in my own InDesign file thinking it was ready for printing. In fact, I had made some serious mistakes with the page layouts. She was so quick to spot the issues and incredibly patient about it. She saved me from a disaster and I can't thank her enough!! Next time I will book her for the entire design job as well as the printing.

Alma was a pleasure to work with. I was feeling overwhelmed with planning my son's memorial service. She listened to my request and created a product that surpassed my expectations. It brought tears of joy because it captured my emotions perfectly. Lenora was there to help when I came to pick up the products and she too was very pleasant and understanding. I am very grateful for the thoughtfulness and kindness of these awesome ladies.

Alphagraphics did a great job on an 8'x8' step-and-repeat banner that we needed in a tight timeframe for an event. They were able to produce this in-house, at a reasonable price, and on-time and were professional and responsive each step of the way. The banner looked great and the staff member and business owner were very courteous and helpful when I picked it up. I highly recommend Alphagraphics for your printing needs and expect we will use them again in the future.

I'm most pleased with the quality of the products I received from Alphagraphics. In the past I've used a large retailer for my printing but I've been converted. Alphagraphics provides a more polished product. I'm going to leave printing to the specialists from now on. They were fast, attentive, and provided a high quality product.

Alexa is amazing!!!! She not only goes above and beyond in the exact order and getting it right but she also goes out of her way to provide any assistance with creating the products, etc. We started using Alpha Graphics because of convenience but have stayed because of quality and customer service!

Alphagraphics is so easy and fast, they have helped with posters, cards, stickers and they are extremely reasonable price wise! Definitely recommend them...ask for Lenora!

Disappointing. My company used AlphaGraphics for about a year without any problems until the last couple of months.

About 2 months ago, we began noticing that the colors in our mailer projects were a little 'off'. The colors in the files that we created in the office were lighter than what AG was printing. This wouldn't have been a big deal except our company logo looked substantially different which can be a Corporate Communications nightmare. So, naturally, I spoke with the guys at AG and pointed out the mistake. They assured me it wouldn't happen again. It did. The second time I had to talk with them about it, I didn't get an apology or an explanation; they simply said "ok" as if I was bothering them.

I also noticed that the logo they were using on our mailers was a old version. The file that we would send them would have the correct version and someone there was changing it without our permission.

We also began noticing a delay in communication. In the beginning, they were so fast to respond to our requests whether they be via fax, email or phone. The last mailer project that we attempted to send them was a complete disaster. This project was time sensitive and along with the request, we also asked them if it could be completed within 48 hours. 72 hours later, we receive an email from them saying that it would be several days before the project could be completed. Thankfully, we were able to find another shop that could complete the project as requested. That was the last request we sent to AlphaGraphics.

At any rate, I really did like these folks in the beginning and they've really disappointed me and the company I work for. Too bad.

The employee who helped me (Alma) was amazing! She took time to advise me on how to get the best possible effect I was trying for with my business card. I didn't understand all the technicalities of what it would take but she guided me through. I believe she also adjusted my background further to make the contrast just right. She was responsive and helpful at every turn, and was most cordial in person, too. This is my second successful interaction with Alphagraphics and I am highly pleased with everything.
