    Do you believe every child deserves access to proper nutrition?    Our work with the School Nutrition Association elevates the critical role school meals play in providing essential nutrition for so many children. We developed a comprehensive campaign to highlight the stories of children who were able to achieve their full potential, in part thanks to the nutritious meals they received at schools.   See our website for examples of how this campaign came to life, and stay tuned as we create more story-telling content, from social media posts to multi-placement videos.

    Some of the coolest people we know are nerds. A few weeks back, we heard from a client about why they'd left their previous agency. It basically boiled down to this: "We were with our old agency for a long time. They got to know our membership, and developed a very specific understanding of them. Then our membership started to shift - these are really, really smart people, but they're also diverse and really cool. But the agency couldn't stop seeing them and marketing to them as basic nerds. Our members couldn't see themselves in any of the marketing anymore. They started to leave. So we left our old agency." This marketing agency couldn't see what the membership had become. Only what they once were. The agency and our client had been together for nearly 20 years. What do you do when your agency doesn't grow with you? You leave.     Ever tried being with someone who wasn't listening to you, but kept talking like they knew everything about you? Gross. That's what most marketing looks and feels like these days. Not conversation. Assumption. Assumptions about what's valuable to an audience (DISCOUNTS) and not what's actually valuable (relationship, resources, storytelling, etc.). One is easy to yell across in an email\social post\blog\video - and is memorable for about 2 seconds. One takes the entire marketing and content ecosystem to achieve, and lingers in the memory and imagination of an audience for the long term. One tanks brands. The other makes them indispensable. #nomorespam #marketingrocks #contentstrategy #kapacity

    Why do we use sticky notes in our meetings? What's wrong with the Notes app on our phones or a good old-fashioned Word doc? 1. Sticky notes keep our ideas short. 2. Shorter ideas are (generally) better ideas. 3. We like the sound they make when you peel them. 4. Good ideas go down, making room for more, and more and... 5. We like color. Color helps us think\organize\visualize 6. Sticky notes are portable. 7. Sticky notes stick. 8. Everyone can use a sticky note. 9. Sticky notes are memorable 10. Sticky notes won't interrupt that brilliant thought you're writing down with a notification that your Amazon package has arrived and you have 17 unopened emails and your Uber is 8 minutes away there's motion near your front door and...
