Yesterday, Aptivators Christina Givey, PMP, LSSBB, and Kelly Sanders, DrPH, PMP, attended a panel discussion hosted by the Arlington Public Library with Dr. Arline Geronimus, author of “Weathering: The Extraordinary Stress of Ordinary Life in an Unjust Society." Dr. Geronimus and the esteemed panel discussed the impacts of chronic stress and social injustice on the body, often experienced by marginalized populations. Christina and Kelly will use this important #health #equity lens in their work with our nation’s Veterans.
