ICYMI: Hoffman & Associates has sky-high plans for a 79-acre site adjacent to the Eisenhower Avenue Metro station, according to ALX Now. Paradigm Companies, which owns several nearby properties, will join Hoffman in submitting an application to turn the vacant properties in the Carlyle neighborhood into apartments, parks, walking trails, and space for a possible school.
